Site Manager: Northeast Missouri Area

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at assigned location, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while delivering exceptional service to customers. This role provides local leadership, manages personnel and logistics, and serves as the primary point of accountability for site performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, including inventory, logistics, and facility oversight

  • Supervise, train, and support site employees while promoting a strong safety culture

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate operational, safety, and personnel records

  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support customer needs

  • Represent Logan Agri-Service professionally within the local community

Qualifications

  • Agricultural operations experience preferred (seed, chemical, fertilizer, or related areas)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

  • Valid driver’s license, CDL-A is a bonus

  • Ag-related education preferred but not required with relevant experience

Working Conditions

  • Combination of office and outdoor field work

  • Seasonal hours may require flexibility during peak periods

Compensation

  • $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience

Custom Applicator 

The Custom Applicator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely application of crop protection products and fertilizers to customer fields. This role operates and maintains application equipment, follows all regulatory and safety requirements, and works closely with sales staff and customers to deliver high‑quality agronomy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain sprayers and application equipment

  • Load, and apply crop protection products according to specifications

  • Maintain accurate application and regulatory records

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements

  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding application plans

  • Assist with equipment maintenance and other agronomy tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Agricultural or equipment operation experience preferred

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a commercial pesticide applicator license

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons

Working Conditions

  • Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions

  • Seasonal workload with flexible hours during application seasons

Compensation

  • $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience

Warehouse / Seed Delivery Driver – Knox City, MO

The Warehouse / Seed Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, transporting, and delivering seed and agricultural products to customers and company locations. This role also supports daily warehouse operations and represents the company professionally during all deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company trucks to deliver seed and agricultural products to customers and branch locations

  • Load, unload, and secure seed and materials in accordance with safety procedures

  • Assist with warehouse duties including inventory handling, organization, and cleanliness

  • Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report equipment or maintenance issues

  • Follow all DOT, CDL, and company safety policies at all times

  • Provide courteous, professional service to customers and the public

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL-A required

  • Minimum of 3 years clean driving experience

  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices

  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in a warehouse and outdoor environment

  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Agricultural or seed handling experience preferred, but not required

Compensation

  • $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience
